Owing to our bespoke attention to each patient and your trust in us, there’s a bit of a wait for the first appointment availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
To ensure the visit goes smoothly, it’s absolutely vital we have the full cooperation of the patient. Make sure you prepare your child properly for a visit where we’ll be taking photos, asking them to move their tongue, and putting things in their mouth. It’s crucial to let them know beforehand that they need to stay calm. While some moments might feel a bit awkward, nothing we do will cause pain. Be there to support and guide them through any worries, making sure not to pass on any of your own anxiety.
- The first appointment will last 1 hour. For the smooth operation of the clinic and to respect the appointment times of all patients, we ask for your utmost punctuality.
During this appointment, the presence of at least one parent and the child is essential, although we recommend that, where possible, both parents be present.
We understand that grandparents and childminders play an important part in our patients’ lives. However, for legal reasons, no first visit can take place without at least one tutor present.
We inform you that the visit fee is non-refundable. Should you need to change the appointment time, you may request a rescheduling by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance via email at: info@ipocubric.com.
